Rising You
Rising You, an officially recognized partner of the Belgian government, relies on partnerships and income generated by their climbing wall facilities for funding.
Their primary mission is to help status holders transition from unemployment to paid work by offering tailor-made training programs that meet the needs of the labor market. Each program, which can accommodate twelve candidates and lasts four to five months, covers nine training cycles per year. It is impressive that no less than 90% of their candidates have a full-time job after training.
