We’re excited to announce that Enstall Empowers is contributing to E-Cademy’s mission by donating racking materials through PanelClaw, an Enstall company. E-Cademy focuses on training “returning citizens” in the art of solar installation.
These materials will be used in training programs at two locations in the United States: Boston, Massachusetts, and Chicago, Illinois. We’re thrilled to join forces with E-Cademy, as the solar industry requires a growing workforce, and this partnership is a significant step in that direction.
Notably, E-Cademy’s Chicago facility boasts an impressive track record, with 80% of its graduates’ finding placement in the solar sector, often securing starting salaries averaging $55,000 per year. This partnership embodies our dedication to creating opportunities, transforming lives, and advancing the renewable energy sector.
