We are happy to announce that Enstall Empowers has entered into a partnership with ROC van Twente – De Sumpel. Starting in the school year 2024-2025, we will work together to provide high quality training and education using Esdec materials. This initiative aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in the renewable energy sector.
Recently, the ROC team visited the Esdec Innovation Center for a refresher course led by Mark van Stralen. During the training, Mark shared the latest developments in installation materials and methods to ensure the instructors are well prepared to teach the next generation of solar installers. The comprehensive session covered safety protocols and the latest industry standards, equipping the instructors with up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience.
Through this partnership, ROC will incorporate Esdec materials into its curriculum, providing hands-on training and education to young talent. Students will receive instruction in solar installation, allowing them to specialize in this growing field. Upon completion of their education, students will have the incredible opportunity to further their expertise with Esdec and ultimately earn their Esdec certification.
The addition of solar installation classes to the ROC curriculum represents a significant step forward in sustainability and green energy education. Students will now have the opportunity to gain practical skills in a sector that is critical to the future of energy. By specializing in solar installation, they will be well positioned to enter a job market that is rapidly expanding and in need of skilled professionals.
