The Switch
The Switch is pleased to highlight the support provided by Enstall Empowers in the form of essential training materials. This donation of building mounting systems for both slanted and flat roofs, made possible through Esdec, has played a pivotal role in our training initiatives.
The Switch has successfully trained 25 individuals with a refugee background, equipping them with the skills needed for solar installation. These trainees have since found employment opportunities within various companies across the Netherlands, with six of them joining their own team.
They appreciate the insightful discussions held with Vera and Seja, which have provided us with valuable insights into the solar energy industry. We look forward to continuing and deepening the collaboration and building upon our shared commitment to sustainability and supporting initiatives that empower individuals with diverse backgrounds.
